Thank God I called in before placing the order. You can only return within 30 days if the mattress is *unopened*, which is pretty useless (they also charge a $65~ for unopened returns). " You have 100 nights, from the day your mattress is delivered to try it out in the comfort of your home and make sure it’s the right fit for you. *However!* On the Canada site, /ca, it says this: If you decide it isn't a perfect fit for you within the first 100 nights, we'll have it picked up and issue a full refund. if you didn't like the mattress, why tf would you want to exchange it? The worst part is, this snakeoil company doesn't even mention it anywhere on the site, I had to actually call in to inquire about their '100 day comfort guarantee'. In Canada, the policy only allows for *exchange*.
This sneaky company renamed the '100 day trial' to the '100 night comfort guarantee' in Canada, but the policies are *completely* different. Once the mattress is opened there is *NO RETURN POLICY AT ALL*, even under the 100 day comfort guarantee. 100 days to try it out risk free, don't like it? Return it (donate, destroy or whatever other method they use).
Everyone knows about the purple 100 day comfort guarantee in all the marketing you see about purple.
